Summary

I grew up in Zurich and have still Family and Friends there. In addition, professionally, I spend every year 1 to 2 months in Zurich. I am still very involved locally, business and personally. I think I would bring a global mind to the local Swiss community, representing the Swiss characteristics, but also the Swiss abroad.

I am a global business leader with extensive international experience in managing growth and value creation in commercial and manufacturing businesses within branded consumer goods sector. I grew up in Zürich and also lived there periodically for several years before moving to the US. I also did my duties in the Swiss Army.

Educated in Switzerland and US. Including Internships with the WEF in Geneva and Lufthansa in Frankfurt. I have been an Executive for several Swiss Companies (CEO Victorinox/CEO DK Brands) as well as US and European Companies. Currently I am a Partner in an International wine storage/logistic business.

I still spend about 1 to 2 month a year in Zurich/Switzerland/Europe. I am locally involved in Zurich/Switzerland through my local contacts/friends in Zurich, professional and personally.

I have been married for 35 years, two grown children, one living in New York and the other in Chicago and three grandchildren.

My main residence for the last 35 years is in New Canaan, CT which is part of the Greater New York area.

My interests are my Family, Travel and Food. I do active sports, like Skiing, Tennis and Cycling.
